Decided to fit Kawasaki KR1 carbs on the advice of Terry Shepherd (tuner). He suggested they were a very nicely made 28mm semi flat-slide carb. The main thing was they were cheap. Picked them up from a breakers for around 20 quid each. They are amazingly light, fit very easily, and seem to work very well when you get them setup. I will go into the boring details when i get a minute ( when she stops nagging me to get off the PC). Suffice to say it cost me alot more by the time I finished fitting them. If I had got the KR1S carbs that I had asked for it would have been a lot cheaper. As it was I had to buy new needles, primary jets, and main jets.
