All jets had the Mikuni symbol on. Time is how long it took for 50cc to pass through the jet.

165 - 21.5s 1GE
195 - 21.5s 47X
170 - 20.8s
180 - 19.75s
185 - 19.1s Std valve
200 - 18s
210 - 17.1s
230 - 16.1s Valve Modified airbox/pipes
240 - 15.98s
250 - 15.5s
260 - 14.55s
270 - 13.48s
280 - 13.2s
290 - 13.0s
310 - 12.45s

The top two are the jets from an RD500.... When I checked the other 165's jets I had even the Allen ones are genuine Mikuni and all give exactly the same result. I think Martin Keiltch did the same test with the same result.

This is the test rig....a 50cc Burette a piece of rubber and filtered petrol.

Thats the best I can do..... of course the petrol isn't being 'sucked' through the jet as it is in a carburettor, but what else can you do...

and finally Keihin jets (genuine only)

115 - 21.2s
120 - 19.4s
125 - 18.25s My valve (KR1 carbs) modded airbox/Nikons
130 - 16.6s
135 - 14.2s Stock KR1
140 - 14.65s RD500 (hot sunny) KR1 carbs no airbox
150 - 13.1s RD500 (cold wet) KR1 carbs no airbox

I've got Mikunis upto 380's and Keihins from 90-200, but could'nt be ar*ed to do all of them.
